Returns
Refunds will be made for any items returned (at customers expense) which are unused, in the original packaging and not damaged, within 14 days of receiving them. (This does not affect your statutory rights).
Where you require exchange, this will be sent postage free, (GB only). Please pack carefully to avoid damage and don't forget to enclose the return form which was sent with your order. Also ensure that returned goods are fully insured against loss/damage.
Goods returned under complaint will not be accepted unless clean and dry. Health & Safety Act 1972.
