Delivery
Where goods ordered are in stock, dispatch is usually the same day for Mastercard, Solo, Switch and Visa. We can also offer our 'delivery next day service', (excludes Scottish Highlands and Islands). Alternatively, please allow up to five working days for Standard Service. Please allow 5 days for delivery of your good's purchased, normally delivery is before this but could take upto 14 working days.
Postage
Postage within the UK is is charged at cost with a maximum charge of £8.45 (excludes Scottish Highlands and Islands) . Postage is not refundable on returns.
Returns
Refunds will be made for any items returned (at customers expense) which are unused and not damaged, within 14 days of receiving them. (This does not affect your statutory rights).
Please pack carefully to avoid damage and don't forget to enclose return details ie invoice number. Also ensure that returned goods are fully insured against loss/damage.
Goods returned under complaint will not be accepted unless clean and dry. Health & Safety Act 1972.
